Responsibilities:
· Manages a high-value client portfolio, excelling in revenue generation and new business acquisition.
· Ensures exceptional client satisfaction by overseeing the placement process and being recognized as a strategic partner.
· Focuses on assisting senior leaders in expanding existing accounts and acquiring new ones.
· Achieves and exceeds placement goals, acknowledged as an expert with strong problem-solving and client relationship skills.
· Builds effective relationships with clients and reinsurers, collaborates with management on new business development strategies.
· Informs clients about additional products and services to address their business needs.
· Ensures accurate documentation of relationships in the proprietary system and precise contracts.
· Represents client externally through professional associations, demonstrating leadership in the insurance/reinsurance industry.
· Promote a team approach to internal and external relationships, managing account team members to meet client needs.
· Committed to continuous self-development in the evolving fields of insurance, reinsurance, and analytics.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in Reinsurance 
· Exceptional interpersonal skills 
· Excellent communicator with internal and external clients
· Entrepreneurial attitude with high level of accountability satisfaction
· Strong analytical skills with ability to make sound business decisions
· CIP designation is an asset
