Responsibilities: 
-The ideal candidate will lead key international initiatives and projects, working closely with international actuarial teams, U.S. business segments, and enterprise functions. 
-The position offers exposure to various products and business lines, including specialty business like Lloyd's, across multiple geographies and U.S. domestic segments.
-The successful candidate should possess inquisitiveness, creativity, and adaptability, with strong leadership skills and the ability to influence.
-the ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic and operational initiatives, including ratemaking, pricing, project management, ERM, and advanced analytics.
-The individual will also collaborate with business segments to implement a robust International Actuarial & Analytics governance framework.
-Responsibilities include assessing and communicating strategic initiatives, driving day-to-day execution, promoting efficiency, making independent decisions, and translating business needs into analytical solutions.
-Effective communication with staff, peers, business partners, and senior leaders is a crucial aspect of the role, along with talent management, including direct management of a small team.

Qualifications:
-ACAS or FCAS
-8+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
-Strong understanding of insurance products and industry.
-Leadership experience.
