Responsibilities:

Managing client deliverables as part of the broader company global reinsurance proposition, including coverage of topics, development of insights, reviewing analytics, and communicating crucial findings to clients.
·  Collaborating with company specialists who have implemented similar programs globally, ensuring the application and collaboration around global best practices.
·  Establishing and nurturing a network of industry contacts and cultivating relationships with key client decision-makers through proactive engagement on topics and industry trends.
·  Conducting analysis and utilizing proprietary datasets to generate ideas and insights through the company's thought leadership program.
Providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to a team of direct reports as necessary to support their ongoing progression and growth..


Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry
