Responsibilities:

·  Conduct reserve analysis using a combination of internal and external data sources and insights.
·  Work closely with pricing, claims, finance, and data/analytics teams to develop informed assumptions and methodologies for reserves.
·  Help develop and upkeep relevant reserving methods, tools, and monitoring metrics to facilitate reserve analysis and business support.
·  Aid in the creation of quarterly reports, presentations, and other materials tailored for different audiences.
·  Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards and actuarial best practices in reserve analysis.
·  Explore inventive ways to utilize data and analytics in bolstering the effectiveness of the reserving function.
· Top of Form

Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience
· Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools 
· Scripting languages such as VBA, R, Python, or SQL is a bonus.
