Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand organizational needs and deliver comprehensive data solutions company-wide.
· Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data scientists, offering guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
· Implement innovative machine learning solutions to drive business value and enhance operational efficiency.
· Work with stakeholders to define data science strategies, objectives, and roadmaps that align with business goals.
· Drive the development and deployment of machine learning models and analytics solutions to address complex business problems and inform strategic decisions.
· Promote a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the data science team, encouraging the exploration of new methodologies and technologies.
· Partner with engineering, product management, and business leaders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
· Communicate complex technical concepts and insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and business leaders.

Qualifications:

·   5+ years of experience including some leadership experience
·  Extensive expertise in programming languages such as Python and SQL, with experience in data manipulation and analysis using tools
