Responsibilities:
·  Lead and mentor a team 
·  Align data initiatives with company goals through collaboration with senior management.
·  Evaluate and adopt new tools to enhance data processing efficiency.
·  Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders by translating technical concepts.
·  Stay current with industry trends and drive innovation with cutting-edge tools.
·  Design and optimize scalable data pipelines using SQL Server, Snowflake, and Airflow.
·  Implement and oversee ETL processes to ensure timely, accurate data availability.
·  Ensure data infrastructure supports data scientists and business analysts.
·  Implement data quality frameworks for accuracy and reliability across pipelines.
·  Develop systems to monitor data anomalies and enforce governance policies.
·  Ensure data handling complies with regulatory and internal standards.


Qualifications:

·  Over 5 years of data engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or management capacity.
·  Demonstrated success in building and managing large-scale data pipelines, with proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, and Airflow considered a plus.
· Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
· Extensive knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
· Expertise in cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
· Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
