Responsibilities:
· lead global financial oversight of retirement & savings programs, ensuring cost efficiency and risk mitigation.
· Prepare, review, and validate financial reporting 
· Conduct stress testing and global pension consolidation.
· Oversee global retirement & savings policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
· Monitor regulatory changes and guide local teams on governance requirements.
· Support local governance committees with technical reviews, documentation, and expert guidance.
· Serve as the primary liaison for global retirement & savings service providers.
· Drive strategic decisions for Canadian retirement plans 
· Partner with HR and Total Rewards teams on financial wellness initiatives 
· Advise on complex projects 
· Mentor and develop country-based retirement teams through knowledge sharing and talent growth.
· Support Total Rewards initiatives to advance employee financial security and wellness.



Qualifications:

· FSA
· DB and DC experience
