Responsibilities:
· Lead actuarial analysis for national pricing programs, and sustainability initiatives.
· Monitor profitability and performance of national projects to support strategic decision-making.
· Partner with internal stakeholders teams to initiatives align with company strategy.
· Assist Segment Leads and Portfolio Leads in developing national strategies through data-driven insights.
· Quantify risk exposures and conduct cost-benefit analyses 
· Apply advanced actuarial methods (both traditional and innovative) to solve business challenges.
· Mentor junior team members and serve as a technical subject matter expert.
· Ensure all pricing and product development adheres to governance standards 
· Analyze Canadian market trends to identify key drivers of performance.
· Deliver actionable recommendations to enhance customer value and profitability.

· Associate or near Fellow
