Responsibilities:
-responsible for leading a DBS pension risk transfer pricing and structuring team
- Support in achieving its pension risk transfer sales targets, including participating in sales calls and preparing customized quotations
-Complete all dashboards, feasibility studies and research required to support pension risk transfer pricing
-Partner with Investment and ALM teams to identify investment and risk management strategies to optimize pricing opportunities while meeting risk / return objectives and constraints
-Partner with the Longevity Research team to obtain in depth analysis and insights on specific risk transfer transactions
-Maintain and improve the pricing models and associated pricing infrastructure, processes and procedures
Qualifications:
-5-7 or more years of actuarial experience
-Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills that allow for deep actuarial analysis
-Solid communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to network within the pension consulting community
