Responsibilities:
  Lead and guide a team of data engineers on multiple projects.
  Work on data preparation and pipeline development for predictive modeling.
  Tasks include: data interrogation, exploratory data analysis, profiling, and reconciliation.
  Create, revise, and monitor data pipelines based on input from product managers and data scientists.
  Develop and manage features, including initial testing.
  Collaborate with other staff like product managers, data scientists, and architects to solve problems.
  Create and manage data assets, datasets, and code with a focus on simplicity, scalability, reusability, and clear documentation.
  


Qualifications:

.
§	·  10+ years of relevant data engineering experience.
§	·  Deep experience implementing DBT and leading ETL/ELT development.
§	·  Extensive hands-on experience with specific AWS technologies: 
§	Redshift, MWAA, EMR, and Glue.
§	·  Expert-level skills in 
§	SQL and Python.
§	·  Experience building machine learning data pipelines and features for predictive modeling.
