Responsibilities:
  Underwrite a high-quality portfolio of reinsurance catastrophe accounts.
  Evaluate and report on catastrophe losses for the accounts under management.
  Ensure compliance with established guidelines, plans, and policies.
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.
  Contribute to strategy development and action planning.
  Gather, analyze, and report on market trends, business developments, and technical insights.
  Make underwriting decisions within authorized limits.
  Assist with the overall management and steering of the North American catastrophe reinsurance portfolio.


Qualifications:
Preferably 5+ years in the reinsurance industry, with at least 5 years of progressive experience in catastrophe market dynamics.
