Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain valuation methodologies across business lines.
Gather data, set assumptions, and document methodologies aligned with CAS/CIA standards.
Recommend reserve changes to Senior Management/Executive.
Enhance reserving methodologies based on emerging trends.
Manage month-end reserve adjustments and ensure timely reporting.
Prepare and present reports for the Reserve Committee, senior leadership, and executives.
Collaborate with the Appointed Actuary on Valuation Reports and compliance.
Provide actuarial support to internal stakeholders.
Strengthen internal controls for accuracy, risk management, and data integrity.
Lead and mentor actuarial staff, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs.
Qualifications:
FCAS or ACAS
