Responsibilities:
  Lead advanced descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics initiatives
  Design, develop, and refine statistical and machine learning models
  Analyze both structured and unstructured data to uncover trends and opportunities
  Partner with business teams to solve complex problems and improve outcomes
  Communicate insights through data storytelling and visual analytics
  Support model-driven automation and process optimization efforts
  Evaluate and advocate analytics solutions that deliver measurable business value
  Contribute to data lake development and analytics platform evolution
  Integrate external data sources to enhance analytical depth
  Document methodologies, assumptions, and validation for reuse and knowledge sharing
  

Qualifications:

  5+ years of experience in analytics with a strong emphasis on predictive modeling
  Proven track record of leading data science initiatives from concept through production
  Advanced proficiency in Python and experience deploying ML models in production
  Experience working with large, complex datasets across the full data lifecycle
  Exposure to cloud platforms
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  Preferred experience with analytical and visualization tools such as R, Power BI, and Tableau
