Responsibilities:
·  Lead multiple actuarial projects, driving strategy, product development, and innovation across key business lines 
· Perform actuarial analyses, identify trends, and assess rate adequacy during rate reviews.
·Apply reserving techniques to project ultimate losses and support quarterly reserve evaluations.
Use predictive modeling and machine learning to enhance business performance.
Support enterprise risk assessments, including concentration and exposure analyses.
·  Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to communicate insights and inform decisions.
·  Leadership: Manage high-impact projects, introduce new ideas, and influence business direction.
 Engage in ongoing professional education and actuarial development.
·  Collaboration & Growth: Seek and incorporate feedback to strengthen skills and drive excellence.

Qualifications:
·  5+ years of progressive actuarial experience.
·  ACAS designation required; FCAS preferred.
