Responsibilities:
  Strategic Planning: Partner with underwriting and sales teams to develop state-specific strategies for agency management and competitive positioning.
  Implementation: Execute countrywide strategies, including the rollout of new rates, rules, and insurance forms.
  Leadership: Mentor and develop the skills of product analysts within the department.
  Technical Collaboration: Work with IT departments on the implementation and testing of new insurance products.
  Reporting: Create and communicate state health reports and performance data to management and business partners.


Qualifications:

· 5+ years Peronsal lines experience
· product management and pricing experience 
· an FCAS or ACAS designation (preferred)
