Responsibilities:
· Conduct rigorous, end-to-end reviews of critical models, testing conceptual soundness, design, assumptions, and internal controls.
· Debate and influence methodological choices through high-level dialogue with development teams and senior experts.
· Identify and assess risks in emerging models and ensure all frameworks comply with internal and regulatory requirements.
· Prepare detailed validation findings and recommendations; track remediation plans to ensure timely closure of identified issues.
· Serve as the team’s intellectual lead for model validation, reproducing complex calculations from first principles to verify results.
· Audit Support: 


Qualifications:

· Experience: 7+ years of experience
· FSA or ASA.
· Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in quantitative tools (spreadsheets, databases, mathematical software) and programming languages.
· Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to synthesize complex data and stand your ground when challenging internal experts.
