Position: Director, Engineering (remote)

Responsibilities:
·  Own end-to-end financial traceability, reconciliation systems, and automated alerts linking merchant data, databases, the data warehouse, and accounting systems. 
·  Manage invoicing logic, programmatic controls, and core financial/revenue recognition data models within shared dbt and Snowflake repositories. 
·  Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and GTM teams to structure deals, manage billing escalations, and prepare audit, obligor, and reinsurer reporting. 
·  Lead, mentor, and grow a team of individual contributors while maintaining rigorous change control and version-controlled data pipelines. 



Qualifications: 

·  Advanced SQL, dimensional data modeling, and analytics engineering practice using version-controlled dbt and Snowflake. 
·  Extensive background designing order-to-cash systems, automated reconciliation controls, and multi-year contract revenue recognition. 
·  Proven leadership experience managing technical or analytics engineering individual contributors
